Our Educational Journey

From our founding in 2018, we've continuously evolved our teaching methods based on real market needs and student feedback. Here's how our approach has developed.

2018-2019

Foundation & First Principles

Started with basic budget analysis courses for small Bulgarian businesses. Our initial focus was teaching Excel fundamentals and simple financial tracking. We quickly learned that theory alone wasn't enough – students needed hands-on practice with real scenarios.

2020-2021

Practical Case Studies Integration

The pandemic forced us to rethink everything. We developed our signature case study approach using anonymized real business data from struggling companies. Students began working with actual budget challenges, learning to identify problems and propose solutions.

2022-2023

Interactive Methodology Launch

Introduced our interactive worksheet system that adapts to different business sizes and industries. Students can now practice with manufacturing, retail, or service business scenarios. This year we also added advanced variance analysis and forecasting modules.

2024-2025

Future-Ready Skills Focus

Currently developing modules on digital transformation impacts on budgeting, sustainability reporting requirements, and crisis management frameworks. Our 2025 curriculum will include AI-assisted analysis tools while maintaining strong foundational principles.

Teaching Philosophy & Approach

I've seen too many finance courses that focus purely on theory. Students memorize formulas but can't spot when a budget is completely unrealistic or understand why actual results differ from projections.

My approach is different. We start with messy, real-world budget data – the kind you'd actually encounter in a Bulgarian SME. Students learn to ask the right questions: Why did marketing costs spike in March? How do seasonal variations affect cash flow? What happens when a major client delays payment?

"Budget analysis isn't just about numbers – it's about understanding the story those numbers tell about a business."

Our materials include real examples from manufacturing companies in Plovdiv, retail chains in Sofia, and service businesses across Bulgaria. Students practice with the same challenges they'll face in their careers, building confidence through repetition and guided problem-solving.
